• We will serve as your advocate to ensure that any review and/or regulatory process proceeds smoothly and efficiently
• We maintain an inventory of available buildings and/or sites and can help you locate and develop the site that best suits your needs
• The Delaware County GIS website is a specialized GIS mapping tool that enables you select specific parcels, apply topographical contours and other features, and develop aerial photos of specific sites.

• Assistance in navigating the Small Business Administration for a good overview of the many things you need to consider when starting a new business

• Support to identify applicable zoning codes
• Assistance with regulatory information
• Referral to other regulatory agencies and assistance with compliance documentation
• Liaison between regulatory agencies and your business to support you through the compliance process.

• Liaison between municipalities and your business to resolve issues
• Help with permit applications
• Streamline process of review for environmental, site review and site selection issues.

Technical Support

• Access to Geographical Information Systems
• Assistance finding any site in Delaware County, including tax map information
• Source of information for flood plains, slopes, wet lands, access from roadway and other preliminary information before your site visit.

Infrastructure Funding Information

• Research grants and funding available through municipalities and state organizations related to road development and utility needs
• Support organizations with municipal and state funding for water and sewer resources.
