Below is information on how New York State plans to reopen and resources for business as they re-open. Additionally, Businesses can access the guidance documents for reopening here. This same link will also take provide businesses with the link to on-line affirmation that each business will have to complete before they open. The affirmation businesses must submit is below each specific industry on that page.
The Southern Tier, which includes Delaware County, has now entered phase 3. Please find guidelines below for phase 3 businesses which include Food Services And Personal Care Businesses. · Businesses are required to review and complete an on-line affirmation that they have read and will adhere to the detailed guidance document pertaining to their industry classification – before they open. The affirmation link is on New York’s Re-Opening webpage below each specific industry, as well as at the bottom of each industry’s Master Guidance document.
· Businesses are required to download and complete the NYS Business Reopening Safety Plan Template – before they open. The re-opening plan template and be found on the side of this page.
· New York State is requiring all businesses to create a plan for how they will protect employees and customers as they re-open. The completed plan must be kept on file at the business.
· Essential businesses will not be required to submit an affirmation, but they are required to have a re-opening plan on file.
