Catskill Kettlebells is a group fitness and personal training gym in Delhi, NY. Our goal is to provide the best fitness instruction for Delhi & the surrounding areas. We encourage and inspire our members to maintain long-term fitness goals and physical wellbeing. We strive to keep classes affordable and accessible to as many community members as possible.


At CKB we believe that good health and well-being starts within. Upon joining, each member completes an evaluation/personal training session with Roger. In this session you will create goals, learn the foundational movements and establish how to scale workouts to meet your needs. With classes at CKB you will get fit, gain strength, lose weight, and meet your fitness goals.


Because we scale workouts and give expert coaching throughout every class, CKB is a great fit for people of every age, size, ability and interests. Going to the gym for the first time can be intimidating, at CKB we have a supportive and encouraging environment where we are all working together for a common goal – improving our fitness, health and wellbeing.

CKB workouts are constantly changing. Every day we create a workout that will challenge the body in new and different ways. Some workouts focus on strength and skill building while others use short high intensity bursts to improve power and cardiovascular endurance. A CKB workout will never be boring!
